I ned this question answered.. please answer hamster lovers!!?

O.K, so my friend has a Syrian Teddy Bear Hamster, and i am getting the same type of hamster. We want to have them in the same ROOM.not CAGE, Room... is that o.k....??? i know they fight but will they fight if there in a large room...

no they will not fight...unless you mean they will not be in there cages and in a room thats big...if they are not in a cage and in a big room it is POSSIBLE they will fight...50- 50 shot

ya its fine as long as you dont have them in the same cage or let them run around on the floor, etc. together.

If they are going to be in different cages in the same room, then no problem, they would not bother each other.

The issue only will arise if you put both together in the same cage, then they are going to have a vicious fight. The same will happen if both are allowed to roam around in the room at the same time.

If you put them in different hamster balls, then no issue in them roaming around the room.

Ofcourse thats fine and if they are both females you can put them in the same cage because they wont fight.

In their cages in the same room should be fine.  Even if their in a ball running around.  But I wouldn't let them just wonder around and have actual contact with each other.
