I nedd help my windows installer is giving me an error!!?

i got an error the other day day trying install a program i get it no matter whats pro gram this was this is the error 1311.Source file not found, that's the error i cant find what its asking for I'm sooo pissed i can't install orinstalll any thing i need help so please please help me

Verify that you have plenty of disk space on your Windows system drive and on the drive(s) that store your 'temporary files'-directories. You can achieve this by emptying out these specific temporary files-directories as they tend to quickly fill up. Please bear in mind that, in these directories, sometimes information is stored that you might not want to delete immediately, but that should not be crucial for correct operating system operation. Once you've done that, download the latest version of Windows installer, and for God's sake, stop using Internet Explorer. Download Mozilla Firefox, which poses far less problems than IE. If that doesn't solve your problem, email me so I can blow my brains out.

update your windows XP/ Vista so that you wont get more windows installer errors. Install Windows Installer version 2 or newer version. I believe the Windows Installer files that are on your hard disk are damaged or are missing.

download "windows install clean up"...windows.support.com

obviously your windows installer is corrupt. and you might even have some problems with the registry.
