  1. If your throat problem doesn't fix itself in 8-10 days, which it probably will, they will do a painless procedure. They put you out so you don't remember a thing.  They put a thin camera down your throat to see what's going on and then fix the problem.

  2. The patients bad voice was due to muscle twitches in the throat, which should get better in 8-10 days.  If it isn't better then we will take a look at the inside of the throat and see is there is something really wrong.
