I need 16th Birthday party ideas (for winter) and not at home!! HELP!!?

Ok so my birthday is in June (in Australia thats winter), and I'm not having my party at home...thinking of inviting approx. 20 people......??

I agree with idea of renting out a hall. My neice's parents did that for her 16th birthday party. Her friends had a band so they played at her party and she had nice tables set up with refreshments and she had a really pretty cake. It was just a fun time to hang out with family and friends and get all dressed up! She loved it!
