I need 2 get eyeware and eye exam, that excepts medicare medicaed. in the corpus christi / alice texas area.?

Im haveing a hard time finding a place that i can get an eye exam and get a pair of glasses, that excepts medicare/medicaid. iv been looking, but im guessing , in all the wrong places.....i sure could use some help in finding an optomatrist....???
