I need 2 know how many Russians or ppl of Russian decent live in mexico How many specifically in, Ensenada MX?

If you could provide me with a figure of how many 1000's live in mexico currently (with either Russian decent or actual Russian citizens). i am aware the largest concentration of Russians in mexico can be found in the Ensenada, BC area of Mexico but I would like to know how many of the total number this accounts for. I need actual figures as opposed to estimates.

The ones that are you talking about is from different emigrations that came since the 1800´s, . is hard to find numbers but I´ll suggest you to contact the Baja Goverment in Mexicali, at www.bajacalifornia.gob.mx and search for the Secretaria de Cultura inside and look for the local historian or Cronista de la ciudad of Ensenada, Also try the russian embassy in Mexico city, or the Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores,.

If you are in the States try to look for contac information at the Mexican consulate near you.

For all i known most of the decendants of those russians are now pretty much integrated in mexican life, the only thing that they keep is their name.

There was a publication of SABER VER, an old issue from 1994 where the cover was a picture of a family from russian decent but also Pápago indian, . I don´t think any of those people with russian heritage even remember a word in russian.
