I need $250 in 3 weeks?

what are some legal things i could do to make this much?

besides over the internet stuff.

That could be tough if you're too young to get a job. You might try bargaining with your parents. See if they'll let you work for the money. They could offer you the $250 by the time you need it and you keep working until it's paid off, even though it may take longer than 3 weeks.

The only alternative I can think of is to offer your services in sweeping, taking out trash, etc. I've known churches that occasionally had people come in off the street asking for a handout. Often the pastor would hand them a broom and have them sweep the parking lot or something similar for $10 or so. It's a start.
