Concarneau is one. Quimper is another. Lorient is another I think but you should check it.

the "Cap Frehel" and the "Côte de granite rose" my two favorite places in Côtes d'armor 22. Check pictures on google...

You can try Saint-Malo (intra-muros), Rennes center city, Ille-et-vilaine 35

If you need a tousistic place try Quiberon (la presqu'île de Quiberon, Morbihan 56

La "pointe du raz" and "Crozon", Finistère 29...

If you need a Big city (but beautiful city) you can try Nantes 44, but some people will tell to you that it's not in Bretagne...
