Um. Depends on your site - that's certainly doable if you're already getting traffic.

If you're not, go to a lot of second-tier pay per click engines and find bargain keywords on Adwords and Yahoo!. Buy those phrases to get cheap traffic. Get some good content up there and you should get plenty of clicks.
