I need 7 healthy dinner ideas. can you help?

I eat healthy during the day. But I am having trouble with dinner.

    Turkey breats on wheat wrap

    Stir fry veggies with brown rice


  2. Why don't you try yahoo food.  I go there and print healthy dinners all the time.

  3. The Food Network is amazing, they have everything from supper healthy to not so healthy. You can pretty much find any recipe you can think of on that website. Good Luck

  4. I love stir fry. It uses minimal fat for cooking, and you can incorporate so many vegetables, all of which are cooked quickly and tender-crisp, so they still retain all their vitamins. If you don't have a wok, you could use a large non-stick pan. Here are a few ideas...

    Chicken breast stir fried with snow peas and red bell peppers

    Flank steak thinly sliced and stir fried with broccoli

    Shrimp stir fried with crushed red pepper and bok choy

    All veggies, like cabbage, asparagus, mushrooms, carrots and broccoli

    All of these can be eaten with some steamed brown rice.

    Some other ideas besides stri fry..

    broiled salmon with a salad (use a balsamic vinaigrette)

    Chicken skewers with red pepper and pineapple.

    pork tenderloin with apples and cabbage

    grilled london broil with half a potato and steamed veggies

    1) Chicken breast with vegetables

    2) Steak with grilled asparagus or something similar (EVOO and sea salt)

    3) Eggs (yes, eggs for dinner)

    4) Turkey or turkey breast and vegetables

    5) Fish

    I'm sure with five ideas you could make about fifty dinners.
