I'm 21 and Caresource insurance doesn't cover rootcanals anymore so they want to pull them. That would be just about all of my back teeth, they will offer a parcel but my mom keeps telling my not to do it! To save them it would cost 10 thousand dollare.. that I don't have! I think I have a gum disease but they never said anything, but they are rotting from the gum up. Please HELP!

  1. Nobody argues much about removing wisdom teeth, but for all your other original teeth it is always best to treat and turn them healthy. Often the insurance presents a stumbling block. You can borrow half the quoted amount, travel abroad and regain your dental health. Get in touch with one of the best in India: Dental Care India Tour. Good luck.

  2. Its up to you. Do you really want to live the rest of your life without those teeth and no chance of going back or would you rather take on a relatively small debt of 10k?

  3. your better off getting them pulled because they will only cause you more pain if you dont get then root canalled

  4. Borrow as much money as you can off anybody you can...friends, family..etc...you might not be able to save the 7 teeth but even if you can save 4....and curtail your spending on everything else..clothes, make-up, socialising...you WILL have to make sacrifices...

  5. Wow, that is alot of work. I would encourage you to visit this site: www.healthsavings.ourperfectcard.com I signed up online over 5 years ago now and they have saved me thousands. I use them when I max out my insurance or for things that my insurance does not  cover. From extractions, root canals, xrays...etc. All  services are included in this very affordable plan. They even had my benefits active in 2 hours and was able to use it the very same day.

  6. I think you can raise the money.

Ask the dentist to do it like 1 or 2 at a time.

I do not think it wise to live without back teeth. The rest will also get dislodged. getting dentures is no fun.

    Better save them.

  7. if you have good credit and can get the money -- don't get the dentures. your way to young. I have seen pictures that show the face caving in from tooth extraction (over time,) No one wants to spend thousands of dollars on dental care . fix what is needed the right way to keep your teeth.

  8. You should keep your teeth, if at all possible.  Check with the prices of other dentists or see if there is a Dental School in your area that you could use to have it done.  These Schools are ran by Professionals & they won't let their Students s***w up too bad.
