I have a FijiFilm finepix A805 and I have been having trouble with the Zoom, when you zoom in close from far away and its darker in the room the picture is so dark you can hardlly make it out.. I'm going to a concert tomorrow and I want to be able to take some pictures I was wondering if there is anything I can do to help lighten or do something to make it not be dark?

any help at all would be much appreciated!!!! PLEASE!!! :(

  1. You need to set your camera to it's most sensitive iso setting (Go to your user's manual and find out how to set your camera's iso setting to it's highest, iso 800. Turn your flash off, at the distance you will be sitting (unless a very short distance away), will be useless, and will make the camera think you don't need a long shutter speed. With a long shutter exposure, bracing the camera to keep it steady is critical.

You can make makeshift stabilizer by attaching a long string to your camera strap lug, and attaching a weignt to the other end. Step on the weight (a machine bolt nut, or other handy thing you found in your desk drawer). and pull the string tight. This will help steady the camera during a longer exposure. It may still come out a little blurry, since being zoomed in will increase blur problems, but it might minimize it enough to get something usable.  Good luck!!
