I need Coping Skills!!!!?

I have a problem that when things don't happen when i want them to i start getting anxious. I cant do that count to 10 stuff either. So if anyone know any good coping skills, that would help me out alot! Thanks

  2. I have had a successful career coping.. There are two things in life which I have always found to be unacceptable,,"surprises and cutesy !!" In order to avoid things that don't happen when you want them to,,you have to preplan diligently.. You start by training your mind to be analytical!! By that you choose a course of action with your plan,,by mentally or by eliminating error contemplations..You figure any and all variations to your plan..In other words you do not allow any area of discourse or failure.. It is simple after a while..At first your thinking constantly..But eventually it becomes second nature to you and you projects and happenings will ALWAYS come together and never be not happening !! Also by eliminating the areas of failure,, and  someone else's ''cutesy'' interference with your projects,,will also never happen .. Its easy to cope..  The secret is analyzing!!!   Good Luck!!   SOLOMON
