I need Form C16 to export goods to nigeria. How I will get it from Embassy?

I had received a Letter of credit from one of my customer. As per the LC terms I have to submit Combine Certificate of Value and Origin (CCVO) in the prescribed form of Form C16 which will be available with Nigerian High Commission. Please let us how we can get it?

If you received a "letter of credit" from anyone or anything in Nigeria my guess is that it's worthless.  Even if you receive a check, money order, bank draft or wire transfer from Nigeria my guess is that it would be worthless too.
