  1. http://www.party411.com/graduation.html

This site has pretty much all you asked for, hope it helps.

  2. Your time is a little tight so I would recommend you get as much help as you can get. Arrange each helper with specific tasks and they can carry them out properly.

First get a budget in mind, that will drive your decisions.

Next get a venue and party theme. Could be home party which is more relaxing. A venue woud need to be booked pretty quickly.

Next get a guests list bearing in mind there will be other parties on the go.

With your helpers arrange food (could be simple buffet plus pizza), drinks (certainly sodas, water and fruit drinks). Any catering will need to be booked now.

Also decide who is doing the cake and they can sort that out.

Also decorations. Do you have a theme for the party. If not school colors or all themed on the graduate would be good. Lots of banners, photos, streamers, confetti, balloons, perhaps a mural based on your theme.

I have seen a dance floor created in a backyard.

Sort out which helper is the photographer and who is to take the video.

Get invites out very soon. People will want to book in the date. there are lots of free printable sites to get templates from. A helper could do this for you.

    Sort out gifts and favors.

For a home party you may want to freshen up the paint and plan a clean near the party.

Arrange games. The old favorites are always good. Games such as pass the orange, races, talent spots, crafts are fine.

Have yearbooks and signin boards for guests to leave messages.

Arrange music beforehand. Make sure you like it. Talk to the neighbors if it will be loud!

Be sure car parking is arranged. Perhaps a local supermarket will be empty at party time.

Make sure you know who is tidying up afterwards.

I do hope you have the party you want.

    Good luck!
