The more people you have helping, the faster or easier it will go.

Okay, you want to know the fastest way to move everything from your room now, to your new room...

Don't waist time putting all your small little things in boxes, unless it will elliminate trips back and forth. I would also try using music, something you like, and nothing sappy, (something you would dance around your bedroom while listening to). Finally just know where you want everything, don't waist time messing around with placement right away.
