I need HELP with my site very bad!!?

Ok, so I want to start a site where you can make money. The problem I am running into is, I don't know how to keep track of the money. I want you to be able to make money from getting referrals, so every time someone would put you as a referral, you would make $1. Is there an easy way to do this? I really need help.

Also, I would need it to show how much each person has. Is there a site that would have a program to do this easily or something? I really want this done.

I think you are looking for software that would be able to track referrals along with commissions. That would be  affiliate program software. Look up 1shoppingcart as all in one solution.

If you are looking for just the affiliate program software then I would google search affiliate program software or affiliate management software.

hmm, maybe you should check to see like what website creation service websites like youtube used, because they have different users and everything. And I am not to sure otherwise. I have a website, but it is free. And if you open up a website, let me know. I will surely make an account!
