I need Hair Cut Help?

I want to get a new hair cut really badly but I don't know what to do with it. I have really long straight hair but I dyed it black but its wash out dye. My natural hair color is messed up it changed every season it turns dirty blond in the red-ish in the fall dark brown in the winter and a mix of everything in the spring. My hair is the same length as Miley Cyrus's and I have a heart faced. Can some one help and add pics too.

I think you should keep the length, just trim the bottom, and get blunt bangs, which are bangs straight across, I think those kind of bangs look nice with really like hair, and heart face shapes.

btw can i have your hair length, I have to wear my 24" extensions to get my hair that long :(

keep the length! get side bangs or layers..those are in nowadays

or if you wanna chop your hair..

layers! put lots and lots of layers! then get your bangs cut straight across like in the pic below. that should help..... ;)
