My hair stops 1cm lower than my chin. I'm round face, I don't like how it looks at all, I'm growing it out.

I LOVE this look:

First, while your hair is still wet, pull your bangs straight back and pin it. Scrunch your other hair with curl-enhancing gel (I use herbal essences) Then, blow dry it on "low" with a diffuser. Finish it off with a spritz of spray.
