I need Help With Choosing an Eyeliner ??

Question

I got a revlon eyeliner and It smudges :(

So I want to invest in a good eyeliner. Is there any good brands I could probably get at Ulta ??? :)

So I dont get Raccoon Eyes...

Get a waterproof eyeliner

Or actually... At Macy's they have a MAC counter and an Urban Decay counter. Both those brands have amazing waterproof eyeliners in pencil and liquid and MAC even has a gel liner.

They're designed to stay put until you take them off. And they work really well AND come in a wide range of colors so you can experiment and have fun with them.

Urban Decay 24/7 glide on eyeliner (I feel like I am advertising because I always suggest it) It is great--doesn't budge once it's dry (takes like 15 secs) so if you want to smoke out your eyes it is also great for that. You absolutely need makeup remover to get it off and it glides on really smooth...

I love MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack.  It needs to be applied with a brush but is more precise than any eyeliner I have ever used, especially since I have Asian eyes!  It is only meant to be used on your eyelid though, not your waterline.  For my waterline I use MAC Eye Kohl In Smolder & seal it with MAC eyeshadow in Carbon!

I love MAC Fluidline!  You need to put it on with a brush, but its so worth it!  I never smudge, and its pretty easy to wash off.  Its also cool because it takes a few seconds to set, so you can smudge it to give you a smokey look that stays in place!  Love love love.  I highly recommend!

I would go with either of the Stila eyeliners.

In my experience, I almost bought the Red Earth but I bought Lise Watier instead and I don't really like it. It's sort of waxy and it's hard to draw it.. at first the color was really dark but it isn't at much anymore. I also like the MAC one but it doesn't like to stay on my face.
