I need Help fixing my PSP.?

Question

My PSP is showing a orange light when I charge it, but it will not turn on when it in the outlet. When I don't have it on the charger, and try to turn it on the green light will not show. This is what happen I drop it in the water. I took it out as fast as I can. I air dry the memory card, the battery, and the psp case. So what to do.
