All right i recently tore down my entire engine on this bike. Cleaned, made sure everything was still in good shape and such, then back together, I had her running beautiful the other day, went to start her up today and gas started gushing out around my exhaust pipe... WHAT THE h**l IS WRONG??? All my gaskets are in place, but i realize i need new gaskets around my exhaust just haven't got them yet. Thanks Everyone...

  1. Possible carb overflowing and filling up the bottom end with gas.

    The engine is flooded.

Remove the spark plug from the engine, put the trani in gear and push start the bike (key off).

While the engine is spinning, the excess gas will be blown out of the spark plug hole.

Check the carb float level and make sure it doesn't over flow.
