I need Help with a quizzle?

ok well if you know what a quizzle is then please try and help me but if you don't know what a quizzle is then just don't worry because it is too complicated ok the quizzle is----- it is a large circle with a smaller one in the middle (kind of look like a doughnut) oh and it isn't a hole in one. A manhole opening. The inner circle is slightly smaller so the manhole cover which is tapered, doesn't fall through the hole.
