I need Help with my Samsung Glyde?

Question

Well I just got it a 4 days a go and its already acting up. The touch screen doesn’t respond like it should and when its in my pocket it randomly calls people even when its on lock. So did anyone else have these problems???? Also is the Glyde a bad phone?????? because I love the look and the keyboard. I am thinking about returning it and getting a different phone any suggestions?

There should be an option to calibrate your touch screen in the menu. That should make it more responsive. As dialing in your pocket thats always a tough one. I'm not sure how that model locks but sometimes you cant avoid that :( I have heard good and bad about it. The jury is still out. GL though. Oh if you do return it. Check out the ENV2 I love it. Works good :)
