I need Help with my embarrassing obesity?

hi, I'm kinda young and i am pretty obese for my age, i am 137lbs. and around 4"8' or 4"9'. I am very annoyed of having to hide my fatness, could somebody please help me on how to get skinny, it is now worrying me deeply. I have cut back on fast food and eat it rarely. I have cut down on sweets also. Could you also tell me a way to get un-addicted to the computer please?

  1. dude go to your local gym. like a ymca. its very cheap. get a trainer. and they really help u out.


  2. Start to run.

    Tell some one to take the computer wire away, so you can't use it.

    You're young.

    You burn calories fast.

    Just run.

    No candy,

    Water. Ditch soda.

    And not alot of bread.


  3. pick up a sport dont come straight home after school go to the park hang out with friends itll keep u busy out side eat smaller meals have 3meals a day with a snack or two make sure u dont eat the fast food drink soda or have cake and cookies instead try low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt bananas apples veges more lean meat like chicken not a hamburger or hot dog those are c**p turkey roast beef tuna seafood hope that helps and stay active!

  4. You have to get out of the house and away from the computer. I think you should take a karate class. Stay away from sweets and fast food. And, eat more fruit.

  5. Excercise regularly and find a part-time job.

  6. eat healthy.  No meat, more vegetables and fruits, some grains, beans for protein.  whole wheat, no white bread.

    Start going for walks more often.  If you have a dog, it's the perfect chance!!!

Get involved with exercise and you will get un-addicted to the computer.  Because you are young, join a team.  You will slowly lose weight, quickly gain energy, and begin to love your life.  You gained it slowly, you'll lose it slowly, but thats good, it will be permanent with a healthy life change!  If you are eating healthy now, all you need is exercise!  Good luck!
