I need Party Ideas for a 19th Birthday?

I am planning my 19th, and I love throwing really awesome and fun parties, in past years I have had pinatas, water balloon fights, and a few other fun events. Even if they are childish, they are still fun. I need Ideas, on what to do, and what to make foodwise. I love cooking, so theres no problem with me making difficult things. The only idea I have to do is make some Jello Shooters, and a few snack ideas, thats about it. I need more to work with. Thanks.

An alice in wonderland theme. You could stage a mad tea party and everyone wear crazy hats. You could have tea, or your fave drink and then at the end fill the cups with jello shots. Do what they did in the movie and eat oysters, play croquet, smoke from a hookah. Stuff like that. Set out a bunch of finger sandwiches and little cakes.
