I need Plans for Particle Board BB Gun Target Practice Board?

i would like to build a Target Practice Board. preferably constructed with particle borad for my son, where can i find decent plans, for this father son project

i wouldn't use any type of hard backing for the target. one of the best ways to build a target trap for bbs is to fill a cardboard box with crumpeled newspaper, then close the box and tape the target to one side. not only will this stop the bbs, it will also catch them so they aren't scattered across the area. no bounce backs. another good idea is to hang a blanket behind the target for a backstop, in case the target is missed. a free hanging blanket will stop most, if not all bbs.

I don't know of any plans, but a word of advise from past experience.

  A BB is not very powerful and chances of penetration into the particle board is slim, so to avoid bounce back and possible eye injury, make sure the target board is tilted preferable with the top tilted away from the shooter, and a retainer board on top to stop BB's from going up past the top of the board.

  You don't need much of an angle to be safe.

  You can also back up the paper target with either styrofoam, (cheap) or cork to avoid bounce back.
