  1. First of all, what time do they go to bed?  Kids need a lot more sleep than adults.  As for eatting, breakfast is so very important.  Think about adding protein powder to their milk or make them fruit smoothies.  Taking vitamins is also a must especially if your child is a picky eatter.

  2. As far as the eating thing goes, it's possible that they just can't eat first thing in the morning. I'm that way, I can't eat when I first get up because even the thought of food makes me nauseas. Try finding an easy, portable snack that's good for them, like a granola bar, that they can eat on the way to school.

With the sleeping thing, what time are they going to bed? I know I never took naps after my "newborn" stage, because I just didn't need it, but if you kids are getting cranky every night, then they do need more sleep. Try putting them to sleep a half hour earlier. Try it for about a week, and if they are still tired, move their bedtime another half hour.

  3. ok first if they paly too mucj and they dont want to eat u tell them i mean this is the right age or else they're just goin to be spoil, sit them down and tell them that if they dnt eat everythin they cant get up or at least some of it, take them to the park get them tire a lil when they get home give them there bottle put some cartoons and they'll be knocked out, at night they're really cranky cause they're tired and they want to sleep have a written schedule so at least for now u'll now wut to do then later on u'll already goin to get use to it..

    good luck
