how do you say "i love you so much it hurts" in spanish? my Brother is trying to propose and his girlfriends favorite language is spanish!! please help!

"i love him so much it hurts" = "lo amo tanto que me duele"

In spanish this expression is not used, you can use:

"te amo tanto que olvido quien soy" = "I love you so much that I forget who I am"

"te amo tanto que no se por donde voy" = " I love you so much that I don't know where I am going"

"te amo tanto que no me importa nada mas que tu" = "I love you so much that the only thing that matters is you"
