  1. i try to create a wall between myself and the audience in my mind. i don't focus on individual faces and try to keep all my focus on what's going on on stage. and before going on stage, going over lines out loud, taking deep breaths (breathe in for four counts and out for four counts), and doing some stretching help me out as well.

  2. What I do when presenting presentations is to pretend the audience or group is not there. I don't know if it will work for you, but it actually helps me a lot.

  3. 1. concentrate on acting, not  yourself and that you are on stage. The character is not on stage, she is alive in her imaginary world created by the playwright.

2, If acting is fun,and you shouldn't be doing it if it is not, then learn to enjoy doing it. Repeat this mantra: acting is playing and playing is fun, whenever I act, I am going to have fun, over and over and over until you start to believe it and live it.

    3/ Hypnotism therapy.

  4. Something I've been told is "You're there to entertain." You are putting on a show for people and telling them a story. I don't know if you're worried about messing up but if you do, just say something your character would say and then move the scene forward. But don't worry about messing up; the audience won't know you did. I get stage fright when I initially go on the stage but afterwards it gets easier since you are more focused and into your character. When we are nervous we tend to speak faster so try not to do that. Take a deep breath and make sure to enunciate.

  5. I've been on Broadway and to help me is there are people waiting a long time to see you do your thing and they think nothing of how much work goes into a production they just go to see a great show and thats what you got to give them and with stage fright you will end up being bad and the audience will be disapointed, just do what you have to do and it will be ok

  6. LOL that would scare me too

i would just take a few deep breaths and think about how good it feels to be out there acting

thats all i got, hopw i helped :D
