i want to get xbox live... i already have a router but i don't want to spend 100$ for a adapter......can anyone give me advice on what i should do to get xbox live?

  1. The only other option is to get a really long Ethernet cord. The 360 has to have that ridiculously overpriced adapter to use wireless. I have a 75 foot cable and haven't had any problems. Try newegg.com. They have long ones for cheap.  http://www.newegg.com/
