Can be SATA or IDE, preferably not SCSI, but if you can find a hard disk and SCSI controller within budget, that's fine

Please include links and prices

Thanks!

  1. The best I could find was a 750gb for £62 inc Vat from www.pixmania.com.

    It's a Maxtor DiamondMax 22.

  2. Sorry, but unless you're willing to go second hand, that's not possible. But if you are, check these out. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Samsung-Spinpoint-...

    Auction, starting at £35.00 + £7.99

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Maxtor-1TB-SATA-Ha...

    Auction, £0.01 +£19.95 P+P

The first one will be okay but the second one will probably be a bit slow.

  3. try www.pricewatch.com   or  overstock.com goodluck

  4. pc world and ask the teckgies

  5. As has been said already, you wont get a 1Tb hard drive within your buget, best I can find is £93.94 (plus P&P). Suprisingly, you can get a 750Gb drive for £45.77 (plus P&P) at www.aria.co.uk code number #28000, but hurry, only 10 left...

    HTH

  6. I don't think you'll be able to buy a 1TB hard drive for only that much, but you're probably close to a 500GB one (I don't know the prices in your area, I'm just comparing them).

    http://www.misco.co.uk/applications/cate...

There are some hard drive offers.

  7. theres no way your get 1000gb for £60

the best i can find it at pc world. 320gb for £70

also ebay will have better deals

but your nevere get 1tb for £60 external or internal
