I have never come across such a tyre,Who makes it?

I would take a look at your existing tyre and see if it has 27x1¼ or 700x23c written on it!

Let us know what size it says - A tyre can be found! Rest assured.

EDIT: It equates to a 700x35c tyre size - you most probably have a flat-barred hybrid of some type?

From personal experience I would not buy a low price Michelin tyre ( I have found handling in the wet, appalling! with their budget tyres (- pro race tyres, etc. are a different animal though!))

Look for tyres advertised as 700x35c ( you could stretch to a 38c or possibly as low as 28c).
