I need a DVD recorder with built in PVR (digital tuner). Can some one recommend a good one?

Basic requirements: I must be able to watch one channel and record from another at the same time. I must also be able to pause live TV. Also I must be able to link a VCR so I can back up all my video tapes to DVD.

Mustn't be too pricey either.

Please help as the researching of all this stuff is way too complicated and time consuming. Thanks.
