There are free critical reading tests on the SAT website below, and AP Language tests on the AP website.

This is a free test that you can take in Canada. But you can take practice tests online and they should show you what level you are at, from 1-4. From there you can look at their career list and it will tell you what level you need to be at for each career listed.
