I need a Free software to manage weekly-monthly bills?

Hi, I am not at all good at managing monthly bills (Credit cards, Utilities, Rent, education bills). I am looking for a software which gives features like Microsoft money, but FREE. I tried downoads.com and have some TIRAL Software which is no good. Thanks.

Try using excel. It should already be on your computer if you have windows and the help section will show you how to input functions.  Also, if you bank online, they usually have free features are helpful, navigate the website or call your bank. Those are some free solutions.
