I need a GOOD webcam from $30 - $50 (Good quality, no echo)?

Question

I want to upload videos to YouTube.

I already have an extension cable which I will use to

make the camera longer so that I could take videos

on the spot I want to.

I want a good webcam, please give me URL

I dont mind eBay, buy.com, amazon.com or anything else.

I'm thinking Logitech, but I'm not the best here,

which is why I ask for your advice.
