  1. All supposed pure HTML/CSS need a JavaScript file to get the menu to work in IE.  You will find the code for your menu at the following site along with maybe a better menu you like"

    http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menus/

    These definitely use JS:

  2. The classic example of a pure HTML/CSS dropdown menu is called "Suckerfish", for some reason that must have made sense at the time, and can be found at the link below.

Side note: you're not looking for "a HTML CODE". You're looking for "some HTML code". Source code is not a singular noun. It's like dirt or air. You don't say you need "a dirt" or "an air", you say you need "some dirt" or "some air". Saying "a HTML CODE" makes you look childish, and people will be less likely to help you if you talk that way.

    Edit:

Below is a link to an article. Read it and it will show you how to do what you're trying to do. If you have a specific problem with getting it to work, feel free to let me know, but I need more information than just "it wont show up". Please email me if you need more help.

What I don't know is how to target them to iframe >.<

  4. what you want is java script, not HTML.
