I need a Kick Boxing or MMA place........?

............That I can go to in the mornings. I live in Nassau County on Long Island ( East New York) I need A Kick Boxing place but I really want a place you can go to in the mornings everyday so my friend who as work can go with me. MMA is really important to me to and possibly more important then kick Boxing. So if it's just an MMA place thats good to.

Thank You in advance for you're help.

If you have any other ideas of good places to learn to fight in my area it would be great.

  1. NY is close to having mma events allowed.  Once that happens it will be much easier to find a place im sure.  And everyone will be kung fooooo fighting.
