I need a LIST of all countries in the world with their time zones?

All information must be on the list (no links to separate pages). Time zones must be in the following format:

GMT+05:00 Istanbul, Karachi, Tashkent

Please help!

I don't need current time in different countries, I need time zone names with standard cities.
