I suggest using a site like www.lance-it.com, the reason I use them for data entry is they have a software which is installed on your "providers" computer this takes screenshots every 10mins. It is good for keeping an eye on your provider, they also take care of all the payment etc. This can be useful as paying an overseas company can be hard.
