  1. I don't know of any specific companies in Brighton, but there are lots of business hosting companies, the sort where you buy a pre-formed limited company off the shelf for £25-£50, which is a lot easier than doing it yourself.

These businesses are run in every town and city up and down the UK, and almost always provide a hosting land address, similar to that of Mailbox for a lower fee. They can also forward your mail to you or you can collect it.

If you check the local press or google for this type of service you should find a local company.

  2. Why don't you want Royal Mail?  A PO Box can be stored at the delivery office on North Road:

"A PO Box is a service you can buy that allows you to collect your mail from your local Royal Mail delivery office, instead of having it delivered. It's useful if you need to manage your mail, if you need to separate items from your normal post, or want to project the right image with a snappy, discreet, new address on your packaging.

    # Where will it be?

Your mail will be sent to your local delivery office, and stored there until you can pick it up. "
