Learn to speak it by interacting with actual persons from Nepal, via chat, email or pen-pals, etc. They have some people listed on the main page but it looks like you have to join their site to speak to them. They offer a free membership, as well as a "Gold" membership that you must pay for. They also have a bunch of other languages you can learn that way. Good luck. :)
