I'm 5'2 max I can bench press is 65,I have weights,kind of out of shape weigh 100 pounds.I wanna work on upper body abs and legs.

  1. dont listen to the b*tch above me im 13 and i lift weights im 5'6 145 and can bench 160 just do lots of situps crunches squats calf raised wall sits push ups....nawmeen
