I need a REALLY good product to get rid of the smell of cat urine...?

my cat pee-ed all over a trash bag and it's leaked on the floor. The floor is concrete basement type.. but I need to know a product that will get rid of the smell.. please help.

There's a new product, called Fizzies, I think. It's supposed to be good, but I haven't tried it yet. I've tried a lot of things, but nothing seems to really get the smell out completely.

I always look for the enzyme ingredient in any pet odour remover.  Without the enzymes I don't think you have a chance.  After that, because it is on a porous cement floor and has probably seeped in, I would use a powdered room/litter box/carpet scent, like Arm and Hammer, and one that is pet friendly.  Let it sit for a day or so after sprinkling it on and then sweep it up.

I believe surgical spirit is good.  You can get it quite cheaply from your pharmacist.
