I need a Riddle for my Batman film

ok, I need somebody clever, I need a riddle that leads Batman to an abandoned dry cleaner store. can anybody come up with anything?

Ok, here goes. The villain beats Batman too much and batman falls of a building. as he falls down his Bat suit gets stuck to a rod or hook or something of that sort. It tears down and Batman falls on the ground and flees away as his face is visible. Alfred gives him a inspirational class and Batman wants to return to fight him, but oops, he has no Bat suit. As his extra pair is  with the cleaners he goes there and gets trapped.

How is this.
