I need a VERY good video camera that can pause during videos and has good quality!?

Question

nothing spacial that 1000x big just a good one thats handheld and has SUPER fine quality. and look extra good on youtube! i mean sparkly clear.

im on a budget of around 150-200 bucks...

and it has to have usb that can connect to to computer..

and can pause during a recording

and should have a recording time of like 80 minutes in one vid not like 10 minuts of recording if and you have to delete each video to make more room on the camera you know what i mean..

have any good ideas and if possible shoew me a clip of how clear it is on youtube!
