How many yu-gi-yo cards are they in all

well konami (the makers of the game) reliece new cards every 3 or 4 months at the present time i think there are 10,000 cards the latest set of cards is light of destruction, it has 80 cards in the set i think, you get arcana monsters from yugioh gx year 2 in them

To be exact? 8267 American cards, not to mention all the doubles,shortprints etc. Although the japanese cards im not to sure of.
