I need a a word for volleyball...?

so for volleyball when our team meets up and we have a pep talk we always say a word, like intensity or heart..something that pumps us up, our coach is looking for a new word that we have to pick...any ideas?

How about Believe, Ambition, Achieve, Trust, and Focus?  "Team" always does the trick too.
