I need a big favor and i am really serious, I ordered 2 items from a website called?

www.shoelift.com , the company is located in Canada as I guess. The problem is that I live somewhere outside USA and Canda. I have been trying to call their customer support because I ordered the wrong item and it cost me $90, but they only have a toll free number and it is impossible to call a toll free number from outside the USA or Canada. They also have a customer support email but everytime i send them an e-mail , i get a failure notice. I will be thankful if someone, who lives in Canada or where the company is situated , help me get their number or help me contact them or just tell me if it is all a scam. Thank you very much

Snail mail them, if you have to, but they should honor the request

However, the Canadian Better business Bureau reports an unsatisfactory record on them, so I would file a complaint as well.

File a complain with http://www.ic3.gov and the Canadian Royal Police. It may help.
